The idea. Some tasks are ◉ glass balls — drop them and something real breaks (enrollment paperwork before the deadline). Most are ○ rubber balls — they feel urgent, but they bounce back fine tomorrow (the dishes). Each day holds at most 3 glass and 5 rubber. That's not a limitation, it's the point: three glass balls is a winnable day.
The rooms. Opening shows today at a glance — tap any ball and the Forge loads it, timer set. Calendar is the heart: pick a day, type into an empty line to add a ball, or use ⋯ / + for the full form (repeats, time blocks). Projects holds bigger multi-step things — any step can be sent onto a day as a ball. The Forge is where you work: pick a ball, the timer loads its minutes, start. Closing is the exhale. Dev Notes is the suggestion box: spot a bug or wish for something, jot it there, then Copy-all and text the batch to Chad.
The game. Every glass ball caught earns a sticker ✦. Catch all of a day's glass and the day gets a gold star ★ on the calendar. Rubber gets the satisfying check — and zero guilt when it bounces. No streaks, ever. When the glass is caught, you're done. Go rest.
Jokes & memes. Gear ⚙ → Joke library holds your own lines and memes — paste, drag, or pick images right into it. They pop when a timer starts and when a ball is caught, and they sync to every device.
